I am a passionate football coach and talent identifier with extensive experience across both youth and senior football. Alongside leading CBcoaching, I currently work within the scouting department at Southampton FC Women’s Academy, having previously scouted for Southampton FC (Mens) Academy and Millikin University (USA), identifying and supporting talented players across a variety of levels.

My coaching journey has seen me work in England, Spain, and the Canary Islands, delivering high-quality player development programs designed to help young footballers maximize their potential. I currently coach within Chelsea FC’s Performance Centre program  and have delivered coaching sessions and training experiences at Cobham as part of Chelsea FC, as well as providing one-to-one player development sessions within the Chelsea pathway, supporting players of varying ages and abilities within the program.

With over five years of coaching experience, I have competed at a high level in both England and Spain, including involvement in the FA Cup. My background includes delivering school sport programmes across the BCP area, supporting grassroots players, and providing one-to-one development sessions for academy-level footballers from clubs including Manchester United and Everton.

At CBcoaching, my aim is simple: to create a positive, challenging, and enjoyable environment where players can develop technically, tactically, physically, and socially. Whether working with beginners or aspiring academy players, I am committed to helping every individual build confidence, improve performance, and develop a lifelong love for the game.
